Accounting and Financial Reporting Analyst

About the role

Join PwC's Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires as an Accounting and Financial Reporting Analyst. You will support clients across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services by delivering accurate financial analysis and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision‑making.
• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.
• Maintain general ledger accounts, perform reconciliations and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and risk‑management processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve reporting challenges.

Required profile

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Background in general accounting (closings, reconciliations, journal entries, accruals).
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Interest in digital tools, automation and process improvement.
