Accountant – 100% Remote

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant to join our team remotely. You will be responsible for day‑to‑day financial operations, ensuring that all bookkeeping and accounting tasks are performed accurately and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting activities.
• Reconcile bank and credit‑card statements.
• Prepare financial reports and support analytical needs.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Assist with month‑end close procedures.
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal procedures.
• Support internal reporting and financial tracking.

Required profile

• Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and workflows.
• Experience with account reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Proven ability to manage AP/AR processes.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Organized and capable of meeting recurring deadlines.
• Comfortable working with financial systems and spreadsheets.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
