Account Manager – Studio Leadership

About the role

OLIVER is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead its studio operations in Argentina. You will be accountable for client satisfaction, team performance, creative quality, and commercial health, acting as the senior liaison between the studio and major global brands.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client lead, building trusted relationships with Brand Directors and senior marketing leaders.
• Provide strategic advice, contribute to brand and marketing strategy, and ensure high‑quality delivery of social‑first creative work.
• Act as escalation point for client issues, resolving problems quickly while protecting relationships.
• Lead and line‑manage senior team leads across social, creative, strategy, production, and content.
• Coach, develop, and inspire multidisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding work and drive commercial growth.
• Oversee the studio’s project pipeline, ensuring timely progress and alignment with client expectations.

Required profile

• Strong agency background with experience embedded within major global brands.
• Proven ability to partner with senior marketing leaders as a trusted adviser.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and driving commercial performance.
• Excellent problem‑solving attitude and ability to negotiate win‑win outcomes.
