Account Manager (Events + Marketing)

About the role

You will lead events, marketing initiatives and client relationships within the Production team, acting as the counterpart to the Production Lead. You own projects from kickoff to launch, keeping clients, partners and internal teams aligned while stepping in to execute as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage events, podcasts, fellowships and community programs, handling vendors, speakers, contracts and post‑event follow‑up.
• Drive marketing and content initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing Coordinator, including campaigns, newsletters, launches and promotions.
• Lead client, partner and vendor relationships, conducting meetings, status updates and scope management.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards, reports and accurate CRM records for clear project visibility.
• Implement AI‑enabled workflows to reduce manual reporting, research and planning effort.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multiple projects and client or partner relationships, preferably in events, marketing, production, agency or media environments.
• Hands‑on execution mindset: able to draft updates, build trackers and prepare reports yourself.
• Clear written and spoken communication with confidence representing the company in meetings.
• Sound judgment to make day‑to‑day decisions, flag risks early and escalate strategic issues.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system.
• Familiarity with project tools such as Notion or ClickUp.
