Account Expert – South America

About the role

Omnisend is looking for an Account Expert to support its top‑tier customers across South America. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping merchants grow revenue through data‑driven digital marketing strategies while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with South American merchants and act as their primary point of contact.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase client revenue.
• Onboard new customers, migrate contacts, guide warm‑up processes and set up initial campaigns and automations.
• Provide proactive strategic advice on a regular cadence and respond to client inquiries promptly.
• Monitor dashboards, resolve issues, and ensure consistent communication and escalation when needed.
• Keep clients informed about product releases, new features and gather feedback for product improvements.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews, set goals and track progress.
• Document troubleshooting steps and share best‑practice recommendations.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in customer success or account management.
• Positive, client‑oriented attitude with strong problem‑solving mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work collaboratively across internal teams and with external partners.

Required skills

• Digital marketing metrics analysis (opens, clicks, conversions).
• Campaign setup and marketing automation.
• Experience with Omnisend or similar email/SMS marketing platforms.
