Account Executive – Client Success (Insurance Marketing)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing performance marketing agency that serves insurance agencies with Google Ads, Meta Ads, local SEO, website development, and social media. The Account Executive will own the day‑to‑day relationship with a portfolio of clients, ensuring clear communication, smooth project flow, and high retention.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a book of insurance agency clients.
• Maintain a regular communication cadence: updates, check‑ins, and reporting reviews.
• Translate Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and web performance data into clear, client‑friendly updates.
• Field client requests, route them to the appropriate internal team, and follow through to completion.
• Handle onboarding communication for new clients to ensure a smooth start.
• Identify at‑risk accounts early and drive retention initiatives.
• Keep client records, notes, and next steps organized and up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to be the calm, trusted voice for clients.
• Comfortable reading marketing metrics and explaining results without hand‑holding.
• Highly organized, self‑directed, and able to manage multiple threads simultaneously.
• Proactive follow‑through without needing to be chased.
