Account Executive – Ad Sales (Buenos Aires)

About the role

TikTok is looking for an Account Executive – also referred to as a Brand Partnerships Manager – to drive performance advertising sales in Argentina. Based in our Buenos Aires office, you will work with top‑tier brands, helping them launch and scale campaigns across TikTok’s global ad solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize and secure new business opportunities across the territory.
• Use a consultative approach to propose strategic media solutions that meet client objectives.
• Develop compelling sales pitches and presentations using market data, trends and case studies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives.
• Maintain best‑practice processes for client interaction, sales, and service delivery.
• Provide partners with high‑quality sales and operational support, educating them on TikTok products and best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, brand advertising, media sales or online advertising.
• Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders across the Spanish‑Speaking South America market.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Buenos Aires.

Required skills

• Knowledge of self‑serve advertising platforms, auction mechanisms and biddable digital media buying.
• Strong understanding of social media, mobile apps and digital marketing ecosystems.
