Account Coordinator

About the role

Spherical is seeking an Account Coordinator to join its Client Success team. This entry‑level position supports luxury hospitality clients across a range of digital marketing disciplines, working closely with Account Managers, Directors and specialist teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Account Managers and Directors with day‑to‑day client interactions, meeting notes, agendas and reporting.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects in social media, paid media, SEO, content, web, analytics and creative production.
• Track timelines, deliverables and dependencies to keep projects on schedule.
• Support the preparation of monthly reports and quarterly business reviews.
• Serve as a liaison between client success and internal specialist teams to ensure alignment.
• Contribute to strategic recommendations and stay informed on hospitality and digital marketing trends.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in account management, project coordination, marketing, hospitality or related fields.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow‑through on details and build relationships.
• Curious, proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow.

Required skills

• Familiarity with social media marketing.
• Understanding of paid media concepts.
• Basic knowledge of SEO practices.
• Experience with website analytics.
