YouTube Video Editor

About the role

We are looking for a YouTube Video Editor to turn raw footage into engaging videos that generate leads, build trust, and drive sales for our finance, mortgage, and real‑estate clients. You will work remotely as part of a high‑performing team with fast turnarounds.

Key responsibilities

• Edit and deliver 2+ videos per week during a 60‑day trial, increasing to 3+ videos per week once fully onboarded, with consistent 72‑hour turnarounds.
• Quality‑check your edits against the company checklist before submission.
• Communicate daily with the team via Slack and Zoom.
• Organise project files and assets for easy team access.
• Share editing resources such as motion‑graphics templates and intros.
• Identify challenges early and propose solutions.

Required profile

• Must be able to meet tight deadlines and maintain reliable internet connectivity.
• Strong communication skills on Slack and Zoom.
• Open to feedback from senior editors and clients.
• Not a freelancer or agency contractor; this is a full‑time employee role.

What we offer

• Salary ranging from $24,000 to $36,000+ per year, based on volume, skill, and experience.
• 60‑day paid trial to ensure mutual fit.
• Fully remote, full‑time position with internal team meetings and trainings.
• Opportunity to grow into creative leadership roles.
• Work with established clients in mortgage, finance, and real‑estate sectors.
