Webflow Developer – Build High‑Performance Websites

About the role

Félix is seeking a Webflow Developer to create high‑performance, user‑focused web experiences that support our fintech mission for Latin immigrants in the U.S. You will collaborate closely with design, growth, and product teams to turn business ideas and visual concepts into functional Webflow sites.

Key responsibilities

• Build and launch web projects in Webflow, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Translate designs and prototypes from Figma into responsive Webflow implementations.
• Implement complex integrations with external APIs, databases, and backend systems.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between the development team and business stakeholders.
• Maintain technical quality, optimize load times, and ensure data flow efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong front‑end development background with a focus on user experience.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple integrations simultaneously.
• Effective collaborator who can work under the guidance of the Website Manager.
