Web Project Manager

About the role

WPP Production is seeking a Web Project Manager to lead localization campaigns for product launches and creative originations. You will act as the strategic bridge between long‑term tech clients and internal production teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities

• Manage localization of all channel marketing materials on the agency side.
• Orchestrate and centralize project steps in project‑management tools to guarantee asset accuracy across multiple countries.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding channel partner structures and print vendors.
• Develop internal collaborations with Traffic, Content, Interactive, Studio, Print Production, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Create presentations and reports that summarize campaign efficiency.
• Set and manage client expectations, follow agreed workflows, and resolve issues swiftly.
• Update daily trackers during live projects and flag scope changes to line managers.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and align them with clients and internal producers.
• Prepare and present project documentation, agendas, timing plans, and contact reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management, preferably within marketing or production environments.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and capacity to handle scope fluctuations.
• Excellent organizational skills to coordinate cross‑functional teams.
