Warehouse Supervisor – International Project

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join a large‑scale international oil & gas/petrochemical project. The role ensures safe, efficient and effective management of inventory and materials throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date inventory records and register equipment in the system.
• Label and track equipment, request stock replenishment and ensure inventory availability.
• Assist with unpacking, organizing and storing equipment during operations.
• Support overall warehouse organization and storage area management.
• Conduct cyclic inventory counts and act as the single point of contact for departments, suppliers and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental (HSE) standards and procedures.

Required profile

• Technical degree or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in warehouse, storage or inventory management.
• Knowledge of inventory control processes and warehouse operations.
• Advanced or intermediate English language skills.
• Willingness to work under rotational schedules.
