Warehouse Associate – Operations & Inventory

About the role

Join a Fortune Global 500 leader in logistics as a Warehouse Associate. You will support daily warehouse operations, ensure order accuracy, and help improve efficiency while working under the guidance of senior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Process returns, prioritize orders, and coordinate with customer service representatives.
• Select products from proper locations, verify order details (product name, size, code, lot number, expiration date, quantity).
• Arrange pick‑up of shipments, contact carriers, and schedule outbound deliveries.
• Operate power equipment such as pallet movers, forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers.
• Use RF scanners to capture barcodes and enter inventory data into the warehouse management system.
• Conduct physical inventory counts, develop inventory plans, and report discrepancies.
• Respond quickly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and compile client reports.
• Promote safe work practices and participate in the health & safety committee.

Required profile

• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Prior experience in a warehouse environment and operating forklifts or similar power equipment.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.

Required skills

• Operation of powered warehouse equipment (forklift, reach truck, pallet mover, order picker).
• Proficiency with RF scanners and barcode systems.
• Experience using a warehouse management system for inventory entry and reporting.
