VP Strategy & M&A - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI Assistant models that support finance teams. You will use your expertise in macro‑economics, corporate finance, and capital markets to improve the reasoning and accuracy of AI chatbots.

Key responsibilities

• Review and refine AI Assistant answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Check the logic and accuracy of AI outputs using your education and real‑world experience.
• Challenge the models with complex, real‑world scenarios and edge cases.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to make each model version smarter and more reliable.
• Evaluate AI‑generated content for correctness and performance.

Required profile

• Finance professional with advanced degree (MBA+) or equivalent real‑world experience.
• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency) and detail‑oriented.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s/PhD preferred but not mandatory.
