Volume Management Specialist

About the role

The Volume Management Specialist supports the Supply Chain organization by ensuring product availability aligns with sales plans and customer commitments. This role focuses on allocation optimization, data accuracy, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive effective demand planning and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage product allocations to customers based on final sales plans and supply signals using volume management tools.
• Coordinate allocation adjustments in response to changing sales and supply scenarios.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and S&OP teams to resolve allocation challenges and release order blocks.
• Maintain master data within volume management systems to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Assist Demand Planners in reviewing and optimizing sales forecasts.
• Support alignment between forecasted demand, available supply, and allocation logic.
• Communicate allocation updates and volume‑related scenarios to relevant stakeholders.

Required profile

• Experience or exposure to supply chain volume management, allocation, or demand planning support.
• Familiarity with ATP, allocation, or volume management systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross‑functional environment.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on data accuracy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
