Visual Product Designer

About the role

Aerolab is looking for a hands‑on Visual Product Designer to shape digital experiences, brand identities, and design systems for a diverse client base ranging from startups to global brands. You will work remotely within a global squad, collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and developers.

Key responsibilities

• Define art direction and evolve visual themes, ensuring pixel‑perfect quality across all deliverables.
• Create style proposals, mood boards, sketches, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web, mobile, and AI‑native products.
• Leverage generative AI tools (Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, etc.) throughout ideation and production.
• Oversee visual execution, provide creative guidance, and ensure designs meet client objectives.
• Collaborate on briefs and give feedback to illustrators, copywriters, and motion designers.

Required profile

• Versatile designer with strong conceptual and experimental skills.
• Passionate about visual storytelling and impact‑driven design.
• Comfortable working in a remote, multidisciplinary team.
