Visual Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative Visual Designer to help shape marketing campaigns, digital experiences, and personalized email communications. The role sits at the intersection of design thinking and visual storytelling, working closely with the Lead Designer and marketing stakeholders to deliver brand‑aligned assets across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and enhance personalized email campaigns on a weekly basis.
• Create visually compelling assets for digital campaigns, seasonal promotions, and customer‑facing initiatives.
• Support the Lead Designer with asset creation, campaign development, and production work.
• Develop new creative concepts and innovative design solutions that align with brand objectives.
• Maintain consistency with established brand guidelines while producing campaign materials.
• Participate in weekly marketing initiatives, bi‑weekly sprint cycles, and ongoing email production efforts.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including marketing directors, copywriters, and other designers.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment, handling up to five concurrent campaigns per week.

Required profile

• Mid‑level visual designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative problem‑solving and visual excellence.
• Experience creating assets for marketing campaigns, digital experiences, web properties, email communications, or social media.
• Design aesthetic that aligns with modern retail and consumer‑focused brands.
• Proven ability to work in collaborative, fast‑moving creative teams.
• Passion for exploring innovative design approaches and emerging technologies.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Strong visual design fundamentals: layout, typography, hierarchy, composition, and branding.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.
