Virtual Assistant - Travel Concierge

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Travel Concierge to deliver seamless, high‑quality travel experiences for our clients. Working remotely, you will use AI‑powered tools to research, recommend, and book hotels, restaurants, and attractions, while communicating directly with travelers via WhatsApp.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with travelers on WhatsApp, understand preferences, and provide personalized recommendations within 10‑20 minutes.
• Research and verify hotels, restaurants, attractions, and logistics using AI tools and reliable online sources.
• Coordinate bookings for hotels, car rentals, and travel itineraries across multiple platforms.
• Write and curate destination guides and travel content for marketing purposes.
• Handle special requests, last‑minute changes, and resolve issues calmly and professionally.

Required profile

• Empathetic and client‑obsessed, treating every traveler like a VIP.
• Detail‑oriented, reliable, and able to spot errors before they become problems.
• Excellent written English with warmth, clarity, and professionalism.
• Self‑starter who enjoys learning, exploring, and improving processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Slack.
• Experience using WhatsApp for professional communication.
• Strong command of Google Sheets and Google Docs.
• Familiarity with various online booking platforms.
