About the role
We are building a founder‑led media brand to position Spiralyze as the authority on A/B testing and experimentation. As a Video Content Strategist you will turn proprietary data and the Founder’s expertise into a steady stream of high‑impact LinkedIn posts and YouTube videos.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and own the editorial calendar for LinkedIn and YouTube, creating recurring series and formats.
- Run bi‑weekly sessions with the Founder to extract insights and produce weekly content briefs.
- Write or ghostwrite 4–5 LinkedIn posts and scripts for 1–2 YouTube videos each week, crafting hooks that stop the scroll.
- Direct an in‑house videographer, graphic designer, and overseas editors, providing clear creative briefs and ensuring premium quality.
- Track engagement, follower growth and pipeline attribution, reporting performance and iterating on successful formats.
Required profile
- Exceptional writing ability with a talent for creating compelling hooks.
- Experience turning complex data into clear, engaging narratives.
- Comfort working closely with senior leadership to distill insights.
- Strong editorial judgment and ability to manage a creative production team.
