Video Collector & Country Ambassador

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, locally connected individual in Brazil to act as our On‑Site Ambassador. You will source, coordinate, and collect task‑demonstration videos (e.g., housekeeping, hospitality, and related service‑industry tasks) from local contributors, with the potential to lead a national ambassador network.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and recruit qualified local contributors such as hotel or hospitality workers.
• Coordinate filming logistics – locations, equipment access, scheduling – with contributors.
• Review submitted videos for quality, accuracy, and completeness before forwarding for approval.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between contributors and our internal team.
• Track submissions, payments, and contributor status.
• Provide feedback and guidance to ensure videos meet specifications.
• As the network expands, help identify, train, and oversee additional ambassadors across Brazil.

Required profile

• Based in Brazil with strong local networks in hospitality, service, or gig‑work communities.
• Fluent in Portuguese; working English proficiency preferred for coordination with our team.
• Prior experience in recruiting, coordinating freelancers, community management, or similar roles is a strong plus.
• Comfortable using digital tools for scheduling, file uploads, and communication (WhatsApp, Google Sheets/Drive, or similar).
• Highly organized, self‑directed, and reliable.
• Access to a smartphone or laptop and a stable internet connection.
