Vice President, Payment Rails Regional Product Sales Specialist

About the role

Join J.P. Morgan Payments as a Vice President leading the Payment Rails Regional Product Sales Specialist function for Latin America. You will drive growth of domestic payment rail solutions, work closely with sales, bankers and product teams, and shape client‑focused strategies across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Payments Sales, JPMorgan bankers and product partners to align client solutions and strategic plans.
• Identify and engage new prospects while mining the existing payments portfolio for additional business opportunities.
• Manage client attrition, grow existing accounts and generate new revenue streams.
• Lead pipeline development, pre‑sales activities and deal execution from inception to closure, including senior management reporting.
• Coordinate RFP responses, pricing decisions and presentation development with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience supporting transaction banking, payments or cash‑management solutions in a client‑facing or sales‑support role.
• Track record of meeting portfolio growth targets in a competitive environment.

Required skills

• Experience creating dashboards or reporting tools to track pipeline performance.
• Proficiency with AI‑enabled tools to improve productivity and content development.
