Universal Banker - AI Trainer

About the role

We are expanding into a new frontier where finance expertise meets artificial intelligence. As an AI Trainer, you will help shape AI assistants that support finance professionals by reviewing, testing, and improving their responses to complex financial queries.

Key responsibilities

• Review and refine AI Assistant answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Validate the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your finance knowledge.
• Challenge models with real‑world edge cases and complex scenarios to assess their limits.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to guide model improvements.
• Generate diverse, intricate problems for AI chatbots and evaluate their performance.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Professional finance experience or advanced academic background (MBA+, Master’s or PhD preferred).
