Training Manager – South LATAM

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and hands‑on Training Manager to lead education initiatives across South LATAM for Dolce & Gabbana Beauty. The role will elevate brand knowledge, retail excellence, and client experience across fragrance, makeup, and skincare categories.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the regional education strategy for distributors and travel‑retail markets, adapting global training materials into locally relevant in‑person and digital modules.
• Develop and manage the regional training calendar, aligning with product launches and commercial priorities.
• Deliver high‑quality training across key markets, ensuring consistency and excellence in execution.
• Manage the regional training budget, allocating resources efficiently.
• Act as the main education liaison for distributors, training and coaching local trainers and retail teams.
• Track training effectiveness through KPIs such as sell‑out, engagement, and certification rates, and implement improvements.
• Serve as the regional expert on fragrance, makeup, and skincare, leading training for product launches.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, communications, digital, and trade‑marketing teams to align training with business objectives.
• Drive adoption of digital learning platforms and hybrid training formats, sharing best practices across markets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs for beauty or luxury retail.
• Strong ability to adapt global content to local market needs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Budget management experience.
• Analytical mindset with ability to measure training impact through KPIs.
