Trading Support Operator – South America

About the role

Join GRID's global Support Organization as a Trading Support Operator focused on South America. You will be the primary point of contact for sportsbook customers, helping them navigate GRID's Odds products and trading‑related services while ensuring a customer‑first experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for sportsbook clients regarding GRID's Odds and trading services.
• Respond promptly to customer queries and operational alerts, investigating and acknowledging issues.
• Assist customers with fixture coverage, market availability, settlement, and product behavior questions.
• Gather and validate information to assess the impact of reported issues.
• Escalate complex problems to internal teams when needed.
• Log and track operational, product, and service incidents.
• Contribute to product improvements based on feedback and identified defects.
• Maintain and share knowledge in GRID's internal knowledge base.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer‑facing support or operations.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to learn new products, services, and workflows quickly.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced operational environment with shift and weekend availability.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
