Total Rewards & HR Business Partner Analyst (12‑month contract)

About the role

The Analyst, Total Rewards & HR Business Partner will support compensation and benefits processes for Disney’s operations in Argentina. This 12‑month fixed‑term position combines data analysis, policy enforcement, and partnership with HR, payroll, and legal teams to ensure accurate and compliant reward programs.

Key responsibilities

• Audit compensation information systems regularly to verify data accuracy.
• Maintain and update the regional Compensation SharePoint site.
• Define salary offers for external and internal candidates and evaluate promotion, off‑cycle, and salary change proposals.
• Update internal compensation files, reports, and support annual merit, bonus, and long‑term incentive planning.
• Collect salary and benefits survey data and assist with pension plan administration in Argentina.
• Produce ad‑hoc reports for special projects and propose innovative ways to streamline benefit operations.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners on position management, role updates, and day‑to‑day tasks.
• Prepare documentation for internal or external audits and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in compensation or total rewards functions.
• Strong understanding of compensation practices and trends.
• Team player with a proactive, relationship‑focused approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with SharePoint for data management.
