Time & Expense Audit Associate (Italian)

About the role

Join the Time & Expense Audit team to ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence across employee time and expense processes. You will conduct audits, analyze data, and support employees in adhering to corporate policies while helping to improve controls and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Perform audit reviews of employee time and expense transactions to verify compliance with company policies.
• Monitor expense reports and time submissions, flagging discrepancies, exceptions, or potential policy violations.
• Support expense account management and related audit activities.
• Analyze Time & Expense data and prepare operational, compliance, and performance reports.
• Investigate audit findings and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
• Provide guidance to employees on Time & Expense policies, processes, and audit requirements.
• Document audit findings and maintain accurate records in line with compliance standards.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve controls, processes, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support continuous‑improvement initiatives and compliance objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• High proficiency in Italian (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
