Territory Manager – Argentina

About the role

Halter is looking for its first Territory Manager in Argentina to drive growth and ensure customer success across the Mar y Sierras and Southwest region. You will act as the on‑ground representative, building relationships with beef producers and helping them adopt Halter’s livestock‑management technology.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets in the assigned territory.
• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with farmers, ranchers, and other stakeholders.
• Identify upselling opportunities and deliver post‑sales value to expand partnerships.
• Collaborate with product, support, and regional sales teams to relay field insights.
• Travel frequently throughout the region to meet customers and prospects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in value‑based sales and customer success, with a track record of creating opportunities and closing deals.
• Strong understanding of beef operations or a deep passion to learn the industry quickly.
• High energy, results‑oriented attitude and ability to thrive under pressure.

Required skills

• Sales and negotiation expertise.
• Customer relationship management.
• Knowledge of beef industry challenges (preferred).
