Tenure‑Track Faculty Position in Marketing

About the role

The School of Business at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella is seeking a tenure‑track faculty member in Marketing at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. The appointment can start between 1 March and 1 August, offering a flexible entry date. The successful candidate will join a research‑intensive environment and contribute to undergraduate, MBA and MSc programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Teach three courses per academic year to undergraduate and graduate students, with instruction in Spanish required by the third year.
• Develop and maintain an active research agenda in Marketing or related fields.
• Participate in departmental service, curriculum development, and academic committees.
• Supervise student projects and theses.

Required profile

• Hold a PhD in Marketing or a closely related discipline, or be in the final stages of completing it.
• Demonstrated record of scholarly research and teaching experience appropriate to the rank.
• Ability to work in an English‑speaking research environment and later teach in Spanish.

Required skills

• Strong academic writing and publication record.
• Effective teaching and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative marketing research methods.
