Telecommunications Management Analyst / Consultant (Strategy & Consulting)

About the role

Accenture is looking for a Telecommunications Management Analyst / Consultant to join its Strategy & Consulting – Global Network practice. You will work on large‑scale programs for leading telecom and media clients, primarily in North America, helping them design new business processes, build organizational capabilities and deliver digitally enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in global programs that design and implement new business processes, organizational capabilities and digital solutions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on initiatives such as customer‑operations digitalisation, digital sales transformation, process optimisation, agile project management and AI‑driven value creation.
• Support the implementation of Generative AI use cases and other emerging technologies.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience with consulting or service‑provider firms in telecom, media or technology.
• Hands‑on experience delivering software or platform implementation projects.
• Proven roles as Business Analyst, Product Owner, Scrum Master, Configurator/Administrator or Content Creator.
• Strong communication, presentation and structured problem‑solving abilities.
