Technology Lead – Value Case Transformation

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Technology Lead to drive end‑to‑end technology solutions within the Value Case Transformation team. You will translate business needs into scalable architectures, guide multidisciplinary teams, and partner with senior clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of technology solutions from requirements through architecture and implementation.
• Drive Process Mining and BPM initiatives using SAP, Signavio, Celonis or similar platforms.
• Define solutions that combine Automation, Cloud, Data and Analytics (Power Platform, Python, APIs, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI).
• Lead adoption and integration of AI/GenAI technologies such as Azure OpenAI, Copilot, RAG, LLMs, prompting and agentic solutions.
• Evaluate solutions for scalability, cost, security, risk and business impact.
• Partner with senior stakeholders, lead technical discussions and provide solution recommendations.
• Contribute to solution estimations, proposals and business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and ownership mindset with ability to drive solutions from concept to delivery.
• Excellent communication, presentation and senior stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in dynamic, collaborative environments.
