Technology Consultant – Relocate to Saudi Arabia (Expat Package)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technology Consultant to join the Global Manufacturing Excellence Digitalization and Technology Division (D&TD) of Saudi Aramco. The role is based in Saudi Arabia and includes a full expatriate relocation package. You will drive the ideation, deployment, and sustainment of innovative technology solutions across our downstream manufacturing portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of technologies in petrochemical facilities, refineries, terminals, bulk plants and gas plants.
• Develop technology roadmaps that address energy optimization, sustainability, plant availability, debottlenecking and process optimization.
• Accelerate deployment by coordinating with internal teams, external execution agencies and vendors.
• Conduct feasibility studies, technical and economic evaluations, and perform technology scouting.
• Prepare business cases, cost‑benefit analyses and present progress to senior management.
• Collaborate with technology providers to create training programs for end‑users.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes and ensure compliance with corporate governance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical) – Master’s preferred.
• 10‑15 years of experience as a Technology Consultant in downstream oil & gas or related industrial sectors.
• Proven track record of ideating, scouting, introducing and tracking technology deployments.
