Technical Recruiter – LATAM (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team and support the hiring of top technical talent across Latin America for U.S.-based clients. The role is fully remote and requires close collaboration with hiring managers, account managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified technical candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, social media, referrals and other channels.
• Recruit for a wide range of IT positions, including software, cloud, DevOps, data, QA, business analysis, project management and architecture roles.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess technical skills, experience, communication and cultural fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the process and keep accurate records in the ATS.
• Build and sustain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Negotiate compensation expectations and manage offer discussions.
• Track and meet weekly/monthly recruitment KPIs such as submissions, interviews, placements and time‑to‑fill.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably for the U.S. market.
• Proven experience recruiting for IT and software engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of technical terminology, software development lifecycle and modern technology stacks.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment and align with U.S. business hours.
