Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of technology solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with business growth strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain overall delivery excellence and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Service Line Demand Managers to develop and prioritize the demand pipeline in line with the company’s vision.
• Provide process and product advisory during strategic portfolio discussions.
• Work with Resource Planners to secure the right resources for solution implementation.
• Respond to customer inquiries within defined SLAs, following standard methodologies, processes and tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the IT industry, preferably in professional services.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with clients, management and cross‑geographical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, facilitation and documentation skills, with a focus on problem resolution.
• Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements.
