Technical Project Manager – AV Systems (Remote, Americas)

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead commercial Audio‑Visual (AV) integration projects across the Americas. This hands‑on role combines deep AV engineering expertise with end‑to‑end project leadership, from initial design through client delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage commercial AV integration projects from kickoff to closeout, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, labor planning, procurement and client communications.
• Develop and review AV system designs, Bills of Materials (BOMs), labor estimates and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, subcontractors and internal engineering and field teams.
• Identify project risks, resolve technical challenges and maintain high quality standards.
• Support multiple concurrent projects while preserving customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience managing commercial AV integration projects.
• Strong technical background in AV system design and integration.
• Hands‑on experience with AV design, BOM creation, labor estimation, scheduling and project planning.
• Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder communication.
• Professional‑level English (written and spoken) and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
