Technical Program Manager (Remote)

About the role

Our client, a leading non‑profit business network in the United States, is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive its 10x growth vision. This fully remote position will lead cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality technology projects on time and within budget, fostering innovation, efficiency, quality, and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Gather and organize business requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day activities between business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and consultants.
• Lead and monitor cross‑functional teams to ensure timely task completion.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks to prevent project delays.
• Communicate status, blockers, and risks to key stakeholders.
• Implement process improvements to streamline execution.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
• Conduct post‑implementation evaluations and lessons learned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of program‑management experience or 8+ years of project‑management experience.
• Project‑management certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, CSM) preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple technology projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with platforms such as Active Campaign, Cvent, Drift, G‑Suite, Monday.com, Salesforce, and Slack.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Salesforce) and DevOps practices.
• Strong analytical, risk‑management, and stakeholder‑communication abilities.
