Technical Operations Specialist, DTC & SaaS

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Technical Operations Specialist to support our direct‑to‑consumer health and wellness brands and our B2B SaaS platform. Working side‑by‑side with the Technical Operations Director, you will act as a co‑pilot, fixing issues across funnels, storefronts and payment infrastructure while gradually taking ownership of key components.

Key responsibilities

• Manage funnel operations in Checkout Champ: build campaigns, configure products and upsells, troubleshoot decline flows, handle custom fields and post‑purchase logic, read webhook payloads and debug live upsell issues.
• Maintain Shopify storefronts and subscription setups: catalog management, theme edits using Liquid, subscription configuration, app integrations and conversion‑focused template changes.
• Oversee merchant processing and payments infrastructure: MID management, descriptor optimization, chargeback response packaging, processor communication and gateway routing adjustments.
• Deploy and maintain tracking, attribution and pixel solutions: pixel implementation, server‑side event configuration through Meta, and related analytics scripts.
• Provide rapid response to production incidents, ensuring high uptime, fast resolution and reducing the workload of the Technical Operations Director.

Required profile

• Strong technical mindset with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve e‑commerce operational issues.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote‑first, async environment.
• Ability to learn quickly, take ownership of complex systems and operate under launch pressure.
