Technical Estimator – Construction Proposal Support

About the role

We are a US‑based construction firm specializing in high‑end residential projects and we need a Technical Estimator to support our pre‑construction team. The role focuses on coordinating estimates, reviewing scopes, and keeping project data accurate in our internal systems.

Key responsibilities

• Review architectural plans and construction documentation.
• Assist in writing scopes and organizing proposals.
• Maintain and update project information in JobTread.
• Prepare and manage Excel and PDF files for estimating support.
• Clean up AI‑generated scopes for clarity and accuracy.
• Import and export scope details using CSV workflows.
• Support the pre‑construction team with operational coordination tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Advanced spoken and written English.
• Comfortable working Monday‑Friday during US business hours (≈8 am–4 pm PST).
• Willing to attend the Belgrano R office once per week.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and process‑driven.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel.
• JobTread or similar construction operations software.
• CSV data handling.
• AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
