Technical Architect – Hospitality Projects (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a technically strong and detail‑oriented Technical Architect to join our design team within the real‑estate development business, focusing on boutique hospitality assets across Latin America and the Caribbean. The role is fully remote and involves translating design intent into precise, buildable documentation from RIBA Stage 3 through construction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage coordinated Revit models and construction documentation for high‑end hospitality projects.
• Coordinate architecture with structural, MEP, and interior disciplines using BIM and Navisworks.
• Resolve multidisciplinary clashes and propose practical technical solutions.
• Prepare tender and construction‑stage documentation aligned with codes and specifications.
• Maintain quality control of models and drawings, flagging risks early.
• Support façade and system detailing based on construction logic.
• Guide BIM modelers and contribute to internal technical standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 5–10 years of experience in architectural design, especially low‑rise residential and hospitality projects.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant project work.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit (parametric families, freeform and terrain modeling).
• Experience with Navisworks for BIM coordination.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with Rhino and Enscape (optional but a plus).
• Understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and multidisciplinary integration.
