Technical Account Manager

About the role

As a Technical Account Manager at Avature, you will act as a trusted advisor for a select portfolio of strategic customers, helping them translate the platform’s capabilities into measurable business outcomes. You will combine deep technical knowledge of Avature’s configurable, AI‑enhanced platform with strong commercial insight to drive retention, expansion, and advocacy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a focused book of strategic customers and lead their success plans.
• Scope, coordinate, and deliver change‑request projects from requirements gathering to implementation.
• Conduct strategic alignment sessions, roadmap briefings, and value reviews with senior stakeholders.
• Analyze platform usage and health metrics to identify adoption trends, risk signals, and upsell or cross‑sell opportunities.
• Guide customers on best practices and technical capabilities to maximise their investment.
• Partner with the Renewals team to ensure smooth contract execution and mutually beneficial terms.
• Continuously update knowledge of new platform features, AI developments, and industry trends.

Required profile

• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Independent, self‑motivated, and capable of leading complex projects in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
• Comfortable engaging with both technical users and senior business stakeholders.
• Previous experience working with large multinational companies is a plus.
