Tax Technology Analyst – Automation & Data Integration

About the role

Join EY Global Delivery Services as a Tax Technology Analyst, supporting Financial Services tax teams in adopting integrated tools that automate processes, improve data quality, and strengthen collaboration with U.S. engagement teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist FSO tax teams in onboarding to automation tools that optimize tax processes.
• Automate data ingestion, map client accounts, and streamline tax operations using advanced technologies.
• Own a portfolio of clients (POD), coordinating deliverables across multiple engagements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and global teams to deliver impactful results.

Required profile

• Extensive background in financial services, tax, or accounting.
• Strong independent work ethic with excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• High attention to detail, proactive learning attitude, and strong communication skills.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset focused on process improvement and automation.
• Experience with complex workpapers (e.g., K‑1 Suite).
