Talent Supply Chain Administration Specialist

About the role

Ciklum is seeking a Talent Supply Chain Administration Specialist to join its Argentina team. You will work within a cross‑functional development group, handling candidate data, compliance, and internal referral processes while supporting the company’s recruitment operations.

Key responsibilities

• Adding and maintaining candidate data in the database.
• Managing GDPR consent and ensuring compliance with data‑protection regulations.
• Handling tasks related to the Internal Referral Program.
• Collaborating with recruitment agencies and managing their referrals.
• Supporting the vacancy opening process and related internal system tasks.
• Publishing job advertisements on the Ciklum career site and external job boards.
• Overseeing job advertisement accuracy, validity, and expiration dates across all platforms.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
• Self‑driven and proactive attitude.
• Passion for working with people and analytics.

Required skills

• Advanced user of MS Office.
• Proficient with Google Docs.
