Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote (Buenos Aires)

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist within DEPT®'s Global Studios team, you will shape the future of the agency by attracting top talent for our hyper‑personalised digital communications projects. You will be the first point of contact for candidates, representing DEPT®'s culture and ensuring a positive recruitment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide market insights.
• Review applications, screen resumes, and conduct phone screenings to assess qualifications.
• Guide candidates through the full recruitment process, delivering timely updates and feedback.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities: job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and extending offers.
• Develop strategies to attract passive candidates and maintain a steady talent pipeline.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.

Required profile

• Fluent English for collaboration with global teams and candidates.
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition within the creative or digital industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to prioritize tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and related recruitment tools.
