Talent Acquisition Scheduler / Coordinator

About the role

Join Syneos Health as a Talent Acquisition Scheduler, supporting our recruiting team in an open, collaborative environment. You will coordinate interview processes, assist with onboarding, and help ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule multi‑step virtual and live interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates.
• Assist recruiters with job postings, requisition management, and other administrative tasks.
• Support onboarding activities such as offer letters, background‑check initiation, and drug‑screen coordination.
• Utilize HR and TA technologies, including ATS and background‑check platforms.
• Participate in hiring‑manager check‑in calls to stay updated on recruitment progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of professional experience.
• Strong initiative, integrity, and results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, handle confidential information, and propose process improvements.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or similar recruiting platforms.
