Talent Acquisition Partner – Active Sourcing

About the role

Uproot Clean is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner focused exclusively on active sourcing. In this hands‑on position you will identify, engage, and move high‑quality candidates across multiple functions and seniority levels, supporting the company’s rapid growth in the consumer‑products and e‑commerce space.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates using job boards, platforms, and advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Build and maintain pipelines for diverse roles and seniority levels.
• Craft outbound messaging that drives candidate engagement and qualification.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to align on hiring needs.
• Maintain organized sourcing workflows and continuously improve outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of full‑time active sourcing experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Experience in high‑growth, e‑commerce or performance‑driven environments is a plus.

• Advanced Boolean search techniques.
• LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools.
