Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our recruiting team in Buenos Aires. The role supports recruiters, hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional hiring process while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews of varying complexity, including virtual sessions, across multiple stakeholders.
• Act as the primary liaison between candidates, recruiters and hiring teams throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate candidate information in the applicant tracking system and perform regular data audits.
• Support background checks, drug testing and candidate assessments as required.
• Provide timely, professional communication to candidates, hiring managers and HR partners.
• Assist with recruiting operations such as reporting, career‑fair preparation and special projects.
• Identify and resolve scheduling or process challenges proactively.

Required profile

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred) with at least three years of administrative or coordination experience, preferably in HR or talent acquisition.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive ownership and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Demonstrated judgment, problem‑solving ability and discretion with confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
• Experience using virtual meeting platforms.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday.
