Support Engineer

About the role

Ciklum is seeking a Support Engineer to join its Argentina team. You will work within a cross‑functional development group, providing first‑level technical support for customer‑facing solutions and helping clients resolve incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound support requests, diagnose issues, and guide customers through resolution following standardized procedures.
• Maintain service levels in line with the client’s Service Desk Operating Procedures and SLA commitments.
• Escalate complex cases to advanced support functions and provide after‑hours coverage for priority incidents.
• Participate in the client’s Customer Community and continuously develop subject‑matter expertise.

Required profile

• Two‑year technical degree (preferred) and at least 1 year of technical support experience.
• Experience in a call‑center environment and strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
