About the role

WSP is seeking a Logistics and Warehouse Supervisor to join its Argentina team in San Juan. The role supports a major mining construction project, ensuring that material, equipment and resource flows are planned, coordinated and delivered on time to the field.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate medium‑ and long‑term logistics needs to guarantee timely availability of supplies.
• Act as the primary liaison between the site team and the Purchasing & Logistics office in Mendoza.
• Consolidate, analyse and forecast on‑site logistics requirements to anticipate demand and mitigate supply risks.
• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control and material handling in the San Juan office.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Engineering, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Administration, Transportation or a related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in logistics, warehousing or supply‑chain roles.
• Experience in industrial, mining or construction projects is preferred.
• Willingness to work on‑site in the province of San Juan.

Required skills

• Proficiency with logistics and supplier‑management tools.
• Defensive driving skills and experience operating 4×4 vehicles in mountainous terrain (desired).
