Strategy & Operations Manager

About the role

Revolut is looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to shape the way the company expands and operates globally. You will work on high‑impact initiatives, using data‑driven insight to solve challenges, scale processes and improve outcomes for millions of customers.

Key responsibilities

• Build and optimise scalable processes that support rapid business expansion.
• Lead end‑to‑end core infrastructure projects.
• Define project priorities and set timelines to achieve goals efficiently.
• Identify and propose new features that enhance the customer experience.
• Manage critical vendor relationships and develop performance‑tracking systems.
• Develop strategic supply‑chain partnerships and negotiate commercial terms.

Required profile

• 2:1 degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in coding with SQL, Python or R.
• Proven track record of owning and delivering complex projects end‑to‑end.
• Ability to deconstruct complex problems and create data‑driven solutions.
• Proactive mindset focused on delivering measurable impact.
• Strong interest in the financial industry.
