Strategy Consultant – AI Training & Evaluation

About the role

We are building a Management Consulting domain that translates real-world consulting engagements into structured learning environments for advanced AI systems. As a Strategy Consultant you will help design realistic consulting scenarios that enable AI models to learn high‑level business reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed project scenarios that reflect authentic engagement dynamics, including industry context, financial data, constraints, and ambiguous inputs.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, operational diagnosis, and benchmarking.
• Develop evaluation criteria, grading frameworks, and golden‑answer solutions to train and calibrate an LLM‑based grading system.
• Collaborate remotely with a team of former top‑tier consultants to ensure the fidelity of the learning environments.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at a top‑tier strategy firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, etc.).
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems into analytical plans and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Experience building financial models, market analyses, or synthesizing complex data into clear insights.
