Strategic Sourcing Analyst – Remote (US)

About the role

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Analyst to support global clinical trial operations. The analyst will secure third‑party vendors, develop sourcing strategies, and manage assigned commodity categories while upholding high ethical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with selected third‑party vendors worldwide.
• Analyze market data and trends to inform sourcing decisions.
• Develop and implement category management and sourcing strategies for assigned product or service groups.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Support and grow Preferred Provider relationships through strategic sourcing processes.
• Prepare and manage RF(x) documentation for commodity sourcing when applicable.

Required profile

• BA/BS in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry.
• 2‑5 years experience in sourcing or category management (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
